Once you're signed in, go to the Google My Business website.

The next step is to enter your business name. During the setup process, you’ll be asked for your business type. Choose “Service Business” — signifying that you go to visit customers (not the other way around.)

If you work from home or don't have a physical address, you can choose to hide your address and only display the city or region you serve. You can also choose to add a service area if you serve multiple locations.

Step 3: Choose Your Business Category

Choose the category that best describes your business. For real estate agents, the most appropriate category is "Real Estate Agent” or “Real Estate Agency.” 

If you specialize in a particular type of real estate, such as commercial or residential, you can choose a more specific category.

Step 4: Add Your Phone Number and Website

Next, add your phone number and website. This will allow potential clients to contact you directly and learn more about your services.

Step 5: Verify Your Business

Once you've entered all of your information, you'll need to verify your business. Google requires verification to ensure that your business information is accurate and up-to-date. 

There are several ways to verify your business, but the fastest and easiest way is by phone. To verify your business by phone, you'll need to enter your phone number and Google will send you a verification code via text.

Step 6: Enter Your Verification Code

Once you receive your verification code, enter it into the Google My Business website. This will complete the verification process and your business will be live on Google. You can now manage your business information, respond to reviews, and post updates to your Google My Business page.
